Hailing from Danville, Illinois, DEGRADE THE SIGNAL is a four-headed monster that is fueled by determination, aggression, and a do-it-yourself work ethic. A band unconcerned with fabricated notions of how and where they might fit in to the rock and metal world, or what the hottest trend is; but simply focused on making honest music that they are passionate about. They’ve quickly grown a solid fan base sharing the stage with major acts such as Sevendust, Nonpoint, Adelitas Way, Skid Row, Hed PE, Puddle of Mudd, Otherwise, Powerman 5000, Shadows Fall, As I Lay Dying, Tantric, Saving Abel, SOiL, Papa Roach, and many others. Their self-titled debut album was recorded and produced with Erik Nelson (Mudvayne, Mindset Evolution) at Eclipse Studios. Their first single titled “Deceit” has been featured on rock stations across the U.S. In May, they were the featured new artist in Project Fresh Magazine. They’ve received sponsor support from brands such as Budweiser and Monster Energy, as well as endorsements from Among Saints Clothing and 94.9 K-Rock.
