1. The Killjoys were one of the finest punk bands thrown up in the UK 1977 explosion. Energetic, frenetic and just a single piece of plastic to show for it. But what a record! Johnny Won't Get To Heaven is up there with the best in its class. They were fronted by Kevin Rowland, who went on to form Dexy's Midnight Runners.

Formed by Craig Pilkington and Anna Burley as a pop-folk group, from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, received critical aclaim for their 1990 Album Ruby, include receiving an ARIA award for best independent release. still going strong with their 5th album Stealing Horses 2007

Mike Trebilcock (guitar, vocals) Gene Champagne (drums) Shelley Woods (bass) make up Killjoys. The group comes from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada but they grew up in the suburb Stoney Creek. In the Summer of 1992 the Killjoys were formed.
"Today I Hate Everyone" had radio success which led to several awards including a Rock Radio Award for Independent Artist of the Year and a Best New Group Juno.
