Nicholas Gunn

Nicholas Gunn is a new age artist whose music can best be described as a fusion of Native American and Hispanic music. He employs such instruments as the guitar,piano,and drums and uses the flute extensively in many of his songs. His music harkens back to days long gone by when man lived in harmony with nature instead of at war with it. It is truly beautiful and it can touch the heart,mind,and soul deeply in ways that other music could never hope to. Listen to his music and you will find yourself touched so deeply that mere words will not be able to adequately express how you have been made to feel. Longing,nostalgia,and some amount of sadness and sentimentality will touch you to your core. You will possibly feel that he has helped you to connect with a nature loving and natural part of yourself that you did not even know existed and has made you feel a kinship to Native Americans and the Native American lifestyle. He is a master in the New Age genre and I do believe that his music will be played for many years to come and may become the standard by which other New Age music is judged and he may become the standard by which other New Age artists are judged. Simply put, this man and his music is one of a kind, a breed apart from the rest.
