About The Fail Safe Project
Started in the fall of 2010, Spokane, WA's THE FAIL SAFE PROJECT quickly began playing shows throughout the Pacific Northwest and building a strong local following. In late 2011, the band recorded a four-song EP which was released in February of 2012. The EP caught the attention of Eclipse Records and the band signed and had a short stint with the New Jersey based label before ultimately deciding to go independent. The band has sold an astonishing amount of said EP at live shows and Via ITunes to date. The band has toured relentlessly since their inception, performing over 400 shows In the last 3 years, including a independently funded Fall 2013 West Coast tour that even included shows in Hawaii supporting Everclear & Rival Sons. The band has made it's name so far by doing numerous headlining shows regionally and also by supporting such national acts as Avenged Sevenfold, Sevendust, Bullet For My Valentine, 10 Years, Theory of a Deadman, Pop Evil, Royal Bliss, Trapt, Bobaflex, Saving Abel, 3 Days Grace, Seether just to name a few, the band even managed to beat out hundreds of other bands in the "Ernie Ball Battle Of The Bands" to secure a spot on the Rockstar Uproar Festival at the Spokane Arena in 2011. The band prides itself on putting on high energy live shows and pours its heart into every performance. "Getting the fans stoked and making new friends at every show is what this band is all about, we bring that honest to goodness pure Rock And Roll experience that everyone needs, to cleanse their soul!" Various commercial radio stations such as Rock 94.5 (KHTQ), The Edge 88.1 (KTCV), 97 Rock (KXRX), 96.3 The Blaze (KBAZ) & Rock Rage Radio, have already been spinning the band's single " Happening Again" and other songs off the bands 4 song EP in regular rotation. Hard work and dedication do pay off, as the band has managed to secure endorsements and support from Shred Head Inc.( Keith Rowley) Schecter Guitars, Soultone Cymbals, Coldcock Whiskey, Rock And Roll Gangstar Clothing and Maxline Custom Road Cases. 2014 is proving to be a big year for TFSP, the band is scheduled to do a full US tour in the summer on the "Rock Rage Radio Tour # 2" and the band is gearing up to release "TURN THE PAGE" (which will contain thirteen brand new previously unreleased songs), the bands first full length independent release due to hit the shelves Spring/Summer of 2014. Fail Safe: A system that has been structured such that it cannot fail (or that the probability of such failure is extremely low) to accomplish its assigned mission, regardless of environmental factors.
