Marcus Mumford

Truly humbling….

I’ve only listened to the first Mumford and Sons album and he played all the greats from that album which was great. He had a funny sense of humor which I didn’t anticipate, and you could tell he was having a good time. He said “we’re gonna just fuck about for an hour” 😂 Then he talked about the use of the C word and how it’s used/received very differently overseas as opposed to the states haha!

Marcus performing his solo album was absolutely incredible. I wish we had been able to follow him up to KC & catch him the following night. Stellar performance.

Marcus Mumford's show was outstanding! The Anthem does not disappoint!

He touched my soul! It was nice to have a seat and watch a performance. Even though there were 5,000 people there, it felt so intimate. He sang, “I Will Wait” unplugged. After a few people figured out it wasn’t the time to tell, it was so quiet. I could hear him perfectly. I love solo Marcus.

Excellent show! Didn’t disappoint. The vocals were fantastic as you’d expect. Went from acoustic vocal heavy to rocking loud with the band. Highly recommend catching him somewhere along his tour. His opening act was also great.

Marcus is an amazing human being and anyone who can see him solo or otherwise should definitely do so. A friend described the show like Chris Isaak and a garage band just jamming; perfection. I wish more artists would converse and interact with the crowd as naturally Marcus does.
