Channeling the pure, funk-driven house music she plays, Miss Foster is a firm believer that the party starts from the DJ Booth. A force of nature behind the decks, she’s quickly become one of Dubai’s most in-demand DJs thanks to her on-point selections and high energy mixing. With a reputation already growing in London thanks to her House Proud residency at South London hotspot Kazbar, guest sets at Ministry of Sound and pool party hook ups with Kidology, she spent a season in Ibiza which cemented her position as a DJ to be reckoned with. And it was there that she became part of the ReelHouse TV family, with her sets from Eden and Oceanbeat live-streamed around the world. But it’s in Dubai that her DJ career really took off. Miss Foster was hand-picked following a nation-wide competition to open for Avicii on his farewell tour, taking to the stage in front of 10,000 clubbers. Blown away by her on-stage energy and track selection, Virgin Radio promptly got in touch and offered to host her own show, Tuesday night’s House Warming Sessions - an incredible achievement for a fresh-faced DJ. Now a resident DJ at 360 – the award-winning DJ Mag Top 100 venue – Miss Foster recently headlined at the stunning Burj-side bar and club for cult house night Sunstroke and has opened for guests like Diplo, John Morales, Purple Disco Machine and DJ Sam Divine. Like her fellow female DJ, she’s a fan of funky basslines, soaring vocals, and disco and funk fuelled tracks. With vocal tracks already signed to Tactical Records, and more planned for 2017, the next step for Miss Foster is to add a live PA to her dancefloor arsenal, ensuring the DJ Booth continues to be front and center at her parties.
