Slomo Sapiens

Phiadelphia’s own psych serpents, came thumping into existence in 2018 with their first EP ‘Hot Milk’. They released ‘Cabin Fever Dreams’ in March 2020, which coincidentally paired well with the times. Their latest EP ‘Slomos Vol 1’ has become known as their “evil twin” which explores a more experimental heavy side to their music. At the same time, the band released their own guitar pedal, the “Slomo Fuzz”, which was the main ingredient used to whip up this new genre blending sound. With the release of their current single ‘We Could Be Gone’, we see Slomo Sapiens take a turn back to their psychedelic roots, and continue to tell stories that explore isolation, self-discovery, and what it’s like to become unhinged.
