A perfect return to performing after Covid. Such a magical evening with music smiles and support from Ewan Gibson 🎶🎶

Siobhan has become one of my favourite artists so it was a joy to finally see her at work alongside the wonderful Liam Chapman on drums and Atzsi on cello and bass. There were a number of duets and they all worked well, Siobhan seemed at ease the whole night and performed with a smile on her face. Running through the excellent new album released recently on suffering fools records, The Departure from start to finish, sounded fresh and vibrant, I don't think the mixing desk did her any favours until about 3 or 4 songs in when they got the vocal levels right but luckily we were front row so weren't deprived of any of the performance. Can't wait to see her again.

She is a lovely warm person oozing with personality, very patient with her public playing more songs than expected accompaniment provided by Atzi on cello, footstomping to great effect on the little wooden stage to provide a nice kick drum beat not only keeping time but adding a classy wee layer to the overall vibe. She was rightly well received to the people fortunate to make it along to what was a free show, couldn't think of a better way to spend an hour or so on a sunny Sunday afternoon in Stockbridge. Looking forward to seeing her with band during the festival.
