Odysseus

Ulysses, bornan raised in Watsonville, CA In 1987. Ulysses discovered his passion for music

would soon change his life forever. Infatuated with the styles of DJ Skribble on MTV and Battle DJ Qbert

his idols, they weren't just mentors on TV and VHS, they were his inspirations to become something

greater. His father one day took him on a trip to local Radio Shack where he bought 11-year-old Ulysses

his first Mixer. That moment on Ulysses new Alter Ego was born as DJToOn. Day in and Day out he

practiced, performed and volunteered his services as DJToOn. Soon DJToOn was a name to be known as

a 13yr old boy was rocking the towns of Watsonville and surrounding cities like Santa Cruz, Salinas,

Monterey and more. His Family in 2001 decided to move a few cities over to Salinas, CA where he not

only will be attending Alisal High School but start from the beginning with friends, followers and fans.

But it was not very long before DJToOn was discovered, at the age of 14, freshmen year in High School

DJToOn was the new sound for 102.5 KDON and 97.9 En Fuego, both ClearChannel Radio Stations, and it

didn't stop there. He was constantly involved, and not just in DJ'n. He was a professional Saxophone

Soloist, specialized in Jazz Music (True Story). During these Epic high school years, DJToOn was also

doing a lot with Radio Stations and local events. He performed on stage with amazing artist like

MC Hammer, Warren G, Nate Dogg, Lisa Lisa, Stevey B, Twista, Linkin Park, Slipknot, Baby Bash, Frankie

J and many more. But it didn’t stop there, in 2004 DJToOn went on to Compete at the RUN DMC DJ Battle

Championships, winning him 11th Place in the State of California at the age of 17 during his Junior year

in High School. The list of accomplishments goes on. In 2005 DJToOn enlisted in the United States Army

to serve our country during time of war on terrorism. But his passion for music and his DJ skills didn’t

stop there. During his Active duty and time and service DJToOn was playing all over the east coast

during his down time, he even was asked to play in Afghanistan for the troops during his Deployment in

2008. Proudly he did, a spectacular concert that was hosted by USO and USAA was done in Bahgram

Afghanistan were he played for a crowd of over 10,000 Troops!. Little bit after that he met the mother

of his beautiful little Girl and hung up the gloves in DJ'n and Military to focus on his family.

A few years later DJToOn was no more, and a new trend in music and DJ styles had emerged.

Electronic Music rapidly increasing and the old DJToOn knew that style all too well. Ulysses evolved and

reborn-ed as ODYSSEUS in 2015. But now as ODYSSEUS he was ready to take against the new

competition and style of DJ'n in the EDM (Electro Dance Music Industry). His experience and showman-
ship skills from his past rapidly helped him catch traction in the Local EDM Community, networking and

collaborating with Event, Production and Nightclub companies. ODYSSEUS quickly became a name to be

know and an Artist and producer to follow. His Mainstage style of EDM Music, crowd interaction and

professional presence is quickly becoming popular leaving the audience screaming for more!. Since his

reborn, ODYSSEUS has been producing, performing and Touring throughout the west coast playing at the

Hottest Nightclubs and Music Events and has not slowed down since. His latest collaborations with

skilled producers has taken ODYSSEUS performances and music to the next Level pushing the limits and
