White Reaper

Totally underrated band, they have good songs and rock live. Just please change your name. Worst band name in a long time. Otherwise, hope they headline someday.

The mosh pit was rather enjoyable. The atmosphere was melodic!

Hard to hear but was a cool band. Loved the keyboard guy!!

White Reaper was great. Definitely recommend seeing them live. The Basement East was awesome. Bartender noticed my pregnant wife wasn’t feeling well and accommodated us with a Sprite and a seat.

The opener, Mamalarky is worth keeping an eye on, Livvy brought a spark to the venue. White Reaper absolutely crushed - great mixing at Irving Plaza!

unbelievable show, band are all super cool guys and they all had tons of energy. openers were all super good too! all in all it was a fantastic experience, i will be seeing them again!

Sounded amazing but the lead singer seems like kind of an ass. Kept giving the audience shit about not being into it enough. It was kinda weird and put a damper on what would have been a great show.

Narrow Head was not my cuppa tea, but other than that it was super cool!

Finally got to see one of my favorite bands! White Reaper played a hearty mix of their older stuff along with a bunch of songs from their brand-new album. Unfortunately, the sound mix was distorted so much, and Tony's vocals were a bit buried in all the noise, making it a bit less enjoyable than it could've been. But hey, maybe I'm just too old(59) for these kind of shows anymore? My ears are still blown out and ringing the next day. The size of the venue was good, but a bit bigger stage would've given the boys more room to play around. The two opening acts were more or less thrash metal bands, not my cup of tea, and the prolonged, extremely loud distorted cacophony combined with the swirling, jostling, dangerously unpredictable mosh pit of flailing bodies and limbs was all a bit much. But it was great when White Reaper finally came on, albeit the highly distorted thrash-metal tone and violent moshing continued for awhile. Things got better as WR continued playing, and broke out some of their more power-pop numbers, and the crowd up front calmed down some, and became more about being an audience than a jostling riot of assault and battery perpetrators. There was no encore, but the last song, Judy French, was in my mind the most enjoyable moment of the evening, with people just dancing and singing instead of crashing into each other and into innocent bystanders. Hopefully next time the sound mix is cleaned up! :)

The band is always great especially the first opening band The only downside was was some people in the crowing wanting to head butt people so they could get closer constantly.

The Burl was an awesome venue. White Reaper was great!

White Reaper was incredible. But I’m pretty sure this show is where I caught covid. So much for proof of vaccination or a negative test.

The band was fantastic but the sound mixing was a little off and I had a really hard time hearing the vocals. But it was a great night out!

White Reaper was awesome as always. It was tough to buy their merchandise though.
