Lacuna Coil

I love Lacuna Coil. 100% performance. They deserve to perform in a better venue. Too small and sound quality was not good for all bands. Cristina Scabbia constantly adjusted her mic controller and it was obvious. Also, who wants to constantly fiddle with switches while performing? Overall, I would come back to this venue for smaller local bands.

What can I say? It was epic. Every single aspect of the show was perfect. There was a meet & greet where I was able to hit the merch table & get a custom autographed drum head which Lacuna Coil personalized. Lacuna Coil never fails to put in a great show. Lacuna Coil is a very friendly band that plays great music. The venue was set up very well a small stage where you could get close to the band. The upstairs had some seating available & was nicely lit and crowd friendly. The food was quick to get like a pretzel or nachos & was fresh. The bathrooms were very clean & more importantly had stall doors. The staff were very friendly, super nice, very knowledgeable and prompt. The location was east to find & lots of parking a very quick walk from the venue. I hope I can return soon and catch another great show. Well done Mercury Ballroom.

Really good concert have been to 5 lacuna Coil concerts this was one of the best. Half star cause I got taken at the merch counter 130 dollars for a hoodie an tee shirt! Same exact items were on JSR for 47.95 an 25.00 so I paid more than double. The one guy running the counter needs more help or more honesty. Next time list amounts on the items . Asking what things cost takes more time in already long lines. So I felt cheated after the show

Edge of Paradise- awesome, they made a new fan! Blind Channel- so much amazing energy! The Birthday Massacre- been a fan for 15 years, so glad I got to see them on stage in such an amazing venue. Rocked my world! Lacuna Coil- been a fan for 20 years, first time seeing them in concert! Left with a huge smile on my melted face. All time favorite band was even better live than I could have imagined. The Belasco Theater is a really cool venue.

It was a phenomenal event, definitely was my bucket list concert. The Nile theater venue is an awesome place for concerts. Nice place with alot of character, the venue allows for more intimate concerts and I've made new friends in the metal community. Lacuna Coil is at the top of my list for European metal bands. They are truly amazing and put on a memorable show. Every member is so talented and works hard at what they love doing. The vip meet n greet is worth it. I'll remember that forever. Thank you Lacuna Coil!

The Concert was Fantastic! First time I had been to the Venue, super cool! Laid out well, and The sound was fantastic! Sold out house, and the crowd was awesome! Cristina & Andrea do an amazing job of playing off each other and engaging the crowd! From Maki's Strong Dominating Base, the Break Away DD Solos, and How Richard gets the crowd going being part of the show. If you can check them live!

Lacuna Coil was the band that got me into The Birthday Massacre (I had a Lacuna Coil station set on Pandora back in the day and "Red Stars" by TBM came up on it and I was hooked on TBM ever since). So being here to see both bands perform at the same concert was an amazing experience for me. TBM was fun to see on stage because you can tell they love what they do, they love their fans and they love to have fun with each other. LC had a unique stage performance like they were driving force behind a stage play. Awesome performances by both bands! In fact the other two opening bands Edge of Paradise and Blind Channel were also on point and had great performances. All the bands in this show... ROCKED! What an amazing experience to be here to see two of my favorite bands play in the same show. Thanks for teaming up! I did pay extra for VIP with both TBM and LC so meeting the bands before the show was another fun experience.

I have been wanting to see Lacuna Coil live for over twenty years, so this show was a bit of a bucket list show for me. The Spanish Ballroom is a gorgeous venue with amazing sound. Everyone at McMenamins was wonderful. And Lacuna Coil put on an outstanding show! I would love to see another show at the Spanish Ballroom, and can't recommend seeing Lacuna Coil live highly enough!

I've been listening to these guys since 2002, give or take, and this is the first time I made it to see them. Did the meet & greet deal as well. Solid show, good openers, and a nice little venue. LC played a great set with amazing stage presence and great energy.

Played pre-release Comalies Swamped XX that dropped 24hrs later. My 1st time seeing them and I gained respect for them in live performance. Andre Ferraro was fierce with the lighting effects and I was pleased with the overall energy of the show. Cristina Scabbia enlightened the crowd with humility and respect towards how the band became successful breaking into the US market. "This is where we are from and this has been our evolution..." type vibe. Overall importance paying homage to their roots and bringing their current sound to older songs that they would like their current fans to embrace.

We are the ANIMA!!!!!!! Lacuna Coil was awesome as always. They seem to get better all the time . Their unique vocal style , beauty and power , is unmatched in the music world and will never be eclipsed by any other artist. The music is heavier than death and as beautiful as life itself. The band is tight as hell and the added costumes gives a unique visual affect. They are very humble and recognize that without us , the fans, they would not be where they are today. That makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. I’ve been listening to them for 20 years and their albums get better and better every release, and their older music ages like fine wine. It’s aWin win experience.

This was a last minute decision to go see Lacuna Coil Live. I'm so glad I went to see them. I wish they were the headliner so we could hear them play longer. Their voices & musicianship are so good. I will definitely go see them again if they come back around. Highly recommend them.

The show was great. Wish they’d played a longer set (45 minutes). Been waiting to see Lacuna Coil since I first heard them in 2004 Cristina, Andrea , Marco, Diego & Richard put together an outstanding show!!! The only issue I had was with the merch, due to supply issues they didn’t have any of the larger sizes of the actual tour shirt.

Fantastic as always! The new songs were as integral to the cohesion of the set as the older tracks usually are, and the sound was wonderful, as usual. What more can I say to that? ;) They added 'Naughty Christmas' to the setlist for once, to tease since they were playing in November. Cristina dived at me & hugged me when the band came off stage between their main set and the encore, which was a lovely surprise, and I got fistbumps from Andrea and Maki at the same time. Andi and I had a pic taken hugging outside the venue, and he gave me a pick to take home since I so rarely have a chance to get any anymore (being a wheelchair user & unable to stretch up my arms to catch stuff). Cri and I had another selfie together - a sort of 10th anniversary thing comparing to the last one we did! - and I got to meet & chat with Richard, the new guy, before the show as he'd been having a smoke break by the access door. The only band member I didn't really get to meet or talk to this time was Didi, but... sometime in the future! I always love how down to earth Lacuna Coil are, especially when interacting with fans. :) Eluveitie were truly excellent in their supporting role, and Infected Rain showed promise, though I think some of their instruments may have been a little over-miked. Lots of lovely merch, though ouch at the bill at the end of the night, unusually high. I'd have posted before, but my father died the following night (13 November). But the whole concert was wonderful and is still a very happy memory for me, regardless of the timing. It's a shame I can't add more than one photo.

Absolutely fantastic gig from start to finish. Initially I went to the gig thinking that Lacuna Coil was the only band to watch. However, I couldn't have been further from the truth. The impression left with me was that all bands that played were equally amazing. I am now a fan of both infected rain and Eluveitie as well as lacuna coil. Would definitely see them again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the good times and memories. Loved every second.

The show itself was amazing and without a doubt Lacuna Coil will continue to do great things. the one disappointing thing was the VIP Meet and greet, the tickets were £100 and was supposed to include a individual photo with the band, however due to the mismanagement of the venue they last minute decided to do 1 group photo with all 100 VIP ticket holders and didn't even wait a few seconds for everyone to be ready and half the people won't be seen in the photo as they are hidden by taller people in front of them. also half the vip ticketholders were supposed to be upstairs on the balony but none did and all went to the barrier and not a single ticket was checked. I will be demanding a refund for the VIP section of the event as the whole point of VIP was to get a photo with the whole band and to have a place on the barrier both of which I did not have so I can only give this 3 out of 5 stars

Not to sound to bias since this was the band I was most anticipating, but they blew the roof off. But before the show I was able to meet all band members outside of the venue before it all started. My first time ever meeting them and a quick video of my encounter posted on Cristina’s IG stories. I had tons of Lacuna Coil releases to get signed. 20yr career spanning exclusive, limited edition, numbered quantity, and deluxe edition releases throughout their career. And I mean box sets, posters, the limited Med-kit, books, cd’s, and vinyls!!! All signed and pictures taken with the band both before the show and after. The show itself was high energy and the intensity never stopped!!! Opening with Ultima Ratio set the time for the night!! Pleasing the crowd early with cuts like Spellbound, Heaven’s A Lie, & Die & Rise got the energy going and it never stopped. The next 3 songs were from all the new album which is awesome, with tracks Blood, Tears, Dust, Ghost In The Mist, and My Demons. Jumping back to previous albums, Trip The Darkness and Our Truth sandwiched a new track called Downfall it appeared to have pleased the crowd immensely as Our Truth was definitely an overall crowd favorite!!! Very cool preludes to each of the last 2 songs Nothing Stands In Our Way and House Of Shame which were both received very well from the crowd!! Sadly the wrong band headlined as the crowd started to thin out soon after Lacuna Coil. I was counting the days to see them and they did not disappoint!!! Can’t wait for their return!!

Cristina una gran voce, Andrea a tratti poco incisivo, nel complesso a me sono piaciuti. Non ho ancora preso il loro ultimo album, ma credo lo farò perché mi sono piaciuti. Purtroppo sono arrivato giusto in tempo per il loro concerto e non ho vissuto appieno il sabbio summer festival. Sabbioneta è patrimonio dell'umanità, sicuramente da visitare. Non ho trovato casino a trovare parcheggio e la festa era accessibile, affluenza non esagerata, gente tranquilla.. Forse troppo.. pubblico freddino nonostante il caldo boia

The concert was great and their voices didn't crack at all. The drink stand was pretty good, good setup in general. Crowd was a little disappointing however. The main singer consistently demonstrated how she could push her voice to the limit but that's not what the mic was set up for. Warm up bands were great too

I loved it!!! The sound was amazing and she burnt that place to ashes the energy was amazing, plus I was one of the first lucky 100 people to buy a shirt so I got to meet them, and I must say, Cristina Scabbia is one of the sweetest people I ever met!!! Keep on rocking LC 😈
