Tony (BGR)

Tony's first contact with art was when she joined the Saga Ballet. She danced with it 8 years. The ballet worked with the mystic Balgarka Trio, which can be heard on George Harrison, Kate Bush and Laftfield’s albums.

Tony’s first band’s name was JAM 2 JAM, famous for its full of positivism piece FEELING GOOD WITH YOU.

While she was studying Art of Musical Production in the National Academy for Theatre and Film Arts (NATFA), she was selected to sing and dance at the OPERA Club with Miro and Galya (from the famous Bulgaria duet Karizma).

Her debut was the song OUT OF TIME. It occupied the first position in the radio and TV music charts for quite a long time.

Her second single E-LONELINESS features the boys from Gravity Co.
At the end of 2002, Tony launched her first album REBIRTH with a promotion party at the Military Club. Karizma, Dimitar Paskalev-David, Lyubo from the TE band, EDIT, and Bobby (from Avenue) took part in the album. Her third video single named AS IT USED TO BE was directed by the famous photographer Temelko Temelkov.

The author of her GLANCE OF A CHILD single is Kari Josias who has composed for Marillion, Vangelis and Kylie Minougue. The video clip is realized by Stoyan Radev.

The next single called HOW LONG? is dedicated to I Can Too Foundation. The video surprised the audience with an interesting scenario where many famous singers, actors, dancers and a sportsman participated. The video was an act of charity promoting the I Can Too initiative for building a medical centre for special needs children.
