Bon Jovi

Bon Jovi is a great entertainer, but his voice has taken a hit over the years. His band does a great job supporting him, and it's still a good show - but if you're paying big bucks to see him, you might be disappointed..

I'm giving them 5 stars because the band is great and JBJ is an 80s icon I can finally check off the list of those I haven't yet seen; however, all the videos and reports out there about his poor vocals are accurate. He is struggling to sing anything and everything, and you can see it in his face. His timing and pitch are off, he often lags behind the band, and looks to be in pain when singing the simpler things. It's sad, really.

Bon Jovi still writes hits and great anthems. He still sounds great and can still hit the notes without skipping a beat. Phil X plays great and does a great job on Richie Zamora tracks. Tico sounds great and so did David! This show was very good. Decent stage show set up and lights. No lasers or pyro and no jumping around either lol. But I can totally understand that bc they are not young dudes and it's not 1985 or any of those 1st 4 albums era. Jon moved some songs around the set list that was from a show on 1 Apr from Omaha NE but kept it pretty much the same songs He played couple new ones from album 2020 and the great anthem singles from last several decades. If you go do not expect to hear Runaway or On and Out of Love. The new Moody Center Austin TX was very nice. Well staffed and clean. Easy to navigate and good info on their site and app. Concessions and food and drink everywhere. And plenty of Merc stations. Overall a great show and great time! BDT Georgetown, TX

Really disappointed in the small screens on both sides of the stage.....doesn't benefit people on the 2nd floor who really need the screens and they didn't bother to turn the AC on until almost the end of the show.....it was miserably hot in there.....even Jon Bon Jovi had to change into a t-shirt. Prices are outrageous on everything from parking to food and alcohol.....now that Austin has become the new California everything is outrageous!!! Jon Bon Jovi just doesn't have the voice he used to have and at certain points you couldn't even tell what he was singing. I really wish he did more top 10 hits that most fans remember about Bon Jovi.

The show was amazing and well worth the 15 years I have waited to see them. I would totally go again. Bon Jovi is my favorite band and seeing them live was just a fantastic experience. I can’t wait to do it again!

I'd been going to Bon Jovi concerts since 1985....... Since the end of the 90s, his concerts have had a bad setlist... Every tour has newer songs that, we the fans, don't like or don't know them very well. On every tour, Bon Jovi plays fewer SONGS from his first 4 albums..... The albums that MADE HIM A ROCK STAR.... Albums that are in our MUSIC DNA.....

“DAve we just dropped them backstage so they are getting ready for you now!”, this from a friend who turns out was that evening’s Bon Jovi’s limo driver! It was a Monday evening sell out at Bon Secours in Greenville, JBJ’s mid way stop between Raleigh and Savannah. Jon had spent Sunday in town and there were several fan selfies posted from a local restaurant. With all the talk about Jon’s voice these days I proceeded with caution knowing exactly what I was getting into. This was my first time seeing him live so there was no time to lament the 80’s. Here’s the bottom line truth is truth, however the fans who stood all evening singing didn’t seem as concerned as the critics. The 60 year old Jon worked the audience like a master conductor, not only during the rock anthems but the entire 2 1/2 hr performance. The show itself had an old school rock arena feel even so much as being reminiscent of the 70’s on ‘Keep The Faith’. Phil X did a fine job on the Richie Sambora riffs. Notably missing from the set was Runaway. I found the mid-show acoustic set holding my interest and I didn’t see a mass exit for the restrooms and beer line. The stage set visuals proved very creative with rising radio towers during “Radio Saved My Life”. Overall, I left a satisfied attendee!

Sooooo gooood... even though Jons voice is almost fully gone, they can still rock and make a great show... also the animations are also outstanding, especially Have a nice day smileys in Austrian flag colors... Hope to see them again, even though highly unlikely...

Fenomenal, as usual! Jon is one of the best frontmen in history and Phil X is doing a great job standing in for Richie. Loved the new intro to "Living o a Prayer" and the new arrangement of "I'll Sleep When I'm Dead". Only sad note: They played for "only" 2h25, instead of the 3 hours they used to reach in Munich.

The show was amazing... Bon Jovi as always stunning but unfortunately the quality of the sound in the stadium was really bad. In my case, I was sitting in the very back and obviously couldn't see the stage, so had to rely on the screen but it had a delay with the sound... really bad. :(

Wow!! JBJ charisma and bond with the crowd is worth the price of the ticket alone. The music fab! Voices doing well .... in fact pretty good considering..... lol. Bon Jovi just have to keep going ...there are youngsters joining their fan base.... fantastic!!

The show was great the band sounded really good the only problem on the night Jon’s voice is is not as good as it once was bed of roses Jon can not sing that like he used to. I think that’s why they didn’t do always I don’t think he can do it Last time they were here in 2013 They did the song Always and it seemed like Jon was finding hard to get though it anyway apart from Jon’s voice a great show

Jon is amazing! Still bouncing around and singing wonderfully. Old and new stuff, the new is also very good, but the old can't be topped. And his singing two songs while in the sold out audience really shows what a good guy he is.

The concert itself was awesome. Can’t say the same for Spectrum Center. Only wanted a pretzel. They were cold 1hour after the opening act at 7:30. Not even prepared. You stood in line only for them to tell you they wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes. Then you went to another vendor with the same exact problem. Then the margarita concession literally ran out of tequila at 8:30p. This concert looked sold out. Not sure how the Spectrum Center was not prepared!!

Bon Jovi gets 10 x 10 x 10 stars!! Best show I've been to so far!! At 55 years old, like he said, they still got it! Such an inspiration you are Bon Jovi!! So much love and respect for you!

Even though they are one of my favorite bands, I'm not sure if it was the microphones or equipment or what it was? They didn't sound as good as a normally do. I have seen him in concert since Have a nice day tour. I will always be a fan though!

Sooo much fun! They've still got it. It's different without Richie, but they are finding their groove with Phil X. Jon was being quite sentimental that night. Brought his daughter Stephanie on stage to dance with him. :) All American 80s band!

BEST CONCERT I HAVE EVER SEEN LIVE. PERIOD. They were so good at engrossing the crowd and even though Jon is 65, he still has an amazing voice. So worth the money. Even without Richie Sambora, they still are living on a prayer and always will.🎸

After seen Bon Jovi in Melbourne, I changed flight to get back to Brisbane for the final show down, It did not disappoint!! My ear is buzzing and my voice is hoarsing, I loved every second of it!! Even better than Melbourne!! My God 3 hours !!Pls come back soon!! Thank you for the great show!!

He put on a great show and for me seeing him for the first time the second encore really made the experience great and to make the night even better got to celebrate with him the banner drop of the 17th sold out show at the acc and to top it off walked away with a free cd for sure will see him again
