Dexter and The Moonrocks

My first rock concert and it was amazing‼️I went with my girl and we had so much fun, got to meet sawyer hill and finish the night with Dexter and the moon rocks. The backyard setting was also really good and there were times I forgot we were even outside. Much love to everyone who brought this together, will definitely be back

Literally such a fun show! I’ll be talking about this night for the rest of my life! Got to meet Sawyer Hill and James (lead singer of Dexter and the Moonrocks) and both of them were absolutely amazing. Such humble people with big hearts for their fans and gems to come across in this career. I cannot wait to see where they go, and hope that they get to live their dreams. 2000/10! 💕

Great performance and interactions with the crowd. All the issues I have are with the Tap and not with the performer. If the doors open at 8, then the opener should not come on so long after the doors open. Also, there should not be that much time in between acts. If you need to hire more staff to switch out the instruments that should be accounted for. Also, the Tap is not a good location to house that many people (capacity 150), next time I’d recommend the Stafford Theater in Bryan (400 capacity) or the Palace (400 capacity) the outdoor venue in Bryan. Having the March Madness games on when you have sold the venue out for a show seems disrespectful to the artists unless they personally requested it be on. However, Dexter and the Moonrocks were great performers and I hope they come back to College Station despite the Tap’s inadequacies.

What an experience! This was my second time at a Dexter and the Moonrocks concert and it absolutely became a core memory for me. Only gripe I have is with their merch, get some patches and CD/Vinyls!!!

They absolutely rocked the show and also brought on two bangers of opening acts! Definitely making it to any other shows I can!

Top notch band and a top notch venue. The big surprise was the openers, Mitchell Ferguson. They were also fantastic.

Amazing set and energy. The local opener Barnaby Jones put on a great show and set the vibe for the night. The touring opener Mitchell Ferguson wasn’t my cup of tea. He played quite a few covers that just didn’t translate well in my opinion. Dexter snd the Moonrocks played all the songs I wanted to hear plus a few fun covers of their own. 10/10 would see them again when they come back to Portland.

It was amazing! Love the venue as it was super intimate. The main opener Michael Ferguson was awesome too! You could tell the loved their fans. Would definitely see them again and go back to that venue.

I was so excited I forgot to take photos! I loved seeing both moonrocks and Mitchell Ferguson, I can't wait for them to both come back! Excited that I knew the whole set list other than one or two songs ❤️

These guys put on a great show!!! Mitchell Ferguson was also amazing Definitely wanna catch these guys on tour "You got the sauce" and "stay away from b*tches" Keep rocking on 🤘🏻🔥

Awesome show. Never heard of the opener, Mitchell Ferguson, but they earned a listener. The Rocks killed it and had great stage presence and a hell of a show

Hands down the best brand I’ve seen live! It was super hot at the Venue but it didn’t matter because of how amazing the show was 10/10 recommend

Super awesome show! It was high energy, the crowd was loving it, the band was amazing, they’re super sweet guys too! Just an all-around head-bangin’ time! Definitely go to a show or 10!

set got cut right before she likes girls due to lightning, so the boys told us all to go out to the tour vans and we all sung it together by the vans! they really care about their fans and the show was great

I’ve been to hundreds of shows over the past 15 years or so. This was one of my favorites. Catch these guys before they blow up.

Great bands, came a fan of just dexter and rn the Moonrocks. Left loving three bands. Great energy from all the bands.

Super cool venue and I’ll have to come back in town to catch a show there again sometime! But not until after I go to the rest of Dexter and the Moonrocks’ shows over the next few weekends!!! Amazing band and if you haven’t seen them yet, what are you doing with your life.

The Moonrocks put on a fantastic show and I look forward to them coming through this area again.
