The Sunset Beach Hut

If you delve into deepest rural Shropshire you might find the small town of Baschurch, but probably not. It’s one of these charming Shropshire towns that you might drive through once on your way to visit somewhere more important… So lets just say just outside of Shrewsbury.

After a few false starts, guys in a bedroom just outside of Shrewsbury created The Sunset Beach Hut.

Since then they have written 100s of songs (most of them scrapped) and with the addition of a singer they are now ready to share what they have created with the world.

Accomplishments to date include headlining venues like the O2 Academy 3, Mama Roux’s and The Sunflower Lounge, and supporting bands such as The Cheap Thrills and La Dharma.

They were BBC introducing Shropshire’s track of the week twice in 2017 with their singles ‘The Other Side’ and ‘Comfort’. The latter being described as “huge”.

Moving into 2018 the future looks bright, full of gigs, and probably many trips back to that bedroom just outside of Shrewsbury…
