Since the formation of Sidewise in 2001, a constant flow of creativity and hard work has pushed the band to where they stand today. Sidewise generates an amazing amount of energy on and off the stage, leaving audiences feeling captivated. They have gained major attention from fans all over, young and old. After returning from tour with the mighty Sevendust, Sidewise kicked off the year by joining SHIPROCKED, a cruise dedicated to Rock N'Roll fans everywhere. Sidewise and other major Artists got the chance to sail the seas with some of the biggest fans in rock and metal music! They have continued on to play the largest one day music festival in the USA, 98.9 The Rock's ROCKFEST at Liberty Memorial. Sidewise rocked alongside bands such as Nothing More, Papa Roach, Anthrax, Rob Zombie, and many more to make this one of the most successful festivals in America.
