Policemen in Pickups

We used to play together in a band called Hollywood Ave (RIP 2009). It's likely you never heard of us. We got tired of the struggle and moved on. Policemen in Pickups began as a handful of simple songs written and recorded in a basement studio amongst two friends. The music evolved naturally and we found a new hunger to play together. To enjoy this band care-free. Since we now have "real" jobs and all the responsibility that comes with "growing up"...this band exists so we can forget that every now and then. So we can enjoy the good times AND each other. Four friends (sometimes 5) who want to play their rock n' roll music for you.
