Lindsay Bruce

Lindsay Bruce was born and raised in Santa Rosa, California where she started writing songs at age 7. Citing herself as being "too shy" to share her songs for many years, Lindsay was able to find success sharing her writing in other avenues. At age 13 Lindsay wrote a children's book "The Tale of Sweet & Sour Pork" which landed her a spot in Mudd Jeans' Mudd Jeans Move the World national ad capmpaign, as well as the title of Junior Advocate for the International Red Cross. Finally, at 18, she found the courage to share the writing she was most passionate about: lyrics. At 21, after finding success on YouTube under the alias CowboyBootsBruce, Lindsay moved to Nashville to pursue songwriting professionally. After three years of playing everywhere from near-empty barbecue restaurants to The Bluebird, Lindsay found a break to the big stage: The Voice. One of 100,000+ hopefuls, Lindsay made it onto the 6th season of the NBC show, working with Shakira and celebrity mentor Miranda Lambert. Since the show, Lindsay has shared the stage with Keith Urban, been an MLB Artist Feature for her song "The Giants Song," and debuted under 'New & Noteworthy" on iTunes, making the Top 100 Country charts.
