Incredible Polo’s “Ma Hill” is a singular spectacle: a sentimental mountaineer, naively traversing the spontaneous joys of radiant hills that conceal vertiginous cliffs.

Polo’s music is fueled by his bottomless curiosity and inspired by the muses encountered along the way, defying his own expectations and feeding the inferno within. A vehement light.

From Soul to R’n’B and progressive rock, one might call it, cosmic pop: his genre-bending music is a surprising blend that bears a sense of addiction and mystique.

A former graphic artist turned sandwich maker, a child of the eighties who witnessed the existence of VHS, the world without the Internet, and the birth and death of myspace, Polo learned music and composition alone in his room. His portable cd player played Prince, Michael Jackson, D’Angelo, Lauryn Hill, among others. They remain major influences to this day.

Hypnotized by the constant stream of new gems emerging online, much of his time is spent searching for novelty, naturally leading him to the occasional role of deejay. Polo follows the global flow of music: a movement free from boundaries, keeping up with the wave of young prodigies like Photay, Smino, Garzon Gabriel Montano, Kevin Parker or Jordan Rakei.

For 15 years a composer, performer and multi-instrumentalist, Incredible Polo juggles with musical styles with ease. His past releases include: the soundtrack of widely successful interactive music website "Incredibox" (over 70 million users to date), a singular first EP, "Abissama" (LZO Records, 2013), and a matured second album, “AGES” (self-released in 2016), both praised by Bandcamp’s Andrew Jervis.

2018 will see the release of "Ma Hill”, carefully handcrafted production, just like fine wine, aimed to get better after each play. 11 songs that illustrate a crazy journey, the moods of a mad man, helplessly in love, recklessly searching for the path to the summit of his Everest... A woman, whose curves are a delight and a poison, attracting him into her net, but failing to trap him.

On “Ma Hill”, Polo sails the ship that he designed alone. On stage, his performances are supported by three seasoned musicians. Both liberated and tortured, on the edge of schizophrenia, Incredible Polo fully embraces this paradox, and offers one of the most sincere invitations to travel.
