Heartbreak Remedy

Having formed in early 2013, on the back of a drunken night out discussing music and ideas, the motivation for Heartbreak Remedy was ignited. Two years later, and having released 2 EPs, ‘Midnight Groove’ the bands’ debut album was released in May 2015, on the back of a fantastic couple of years. With influences found in various genres from Rock to Blues, Punk to funk with hints of country thrown in, Heartbreak Remedy use their influences to create a blend of music, which best suits their, heart on their sleeve lyrics, with subjects we all recognize and are familiar with. Their self released, 13 track album, has been the main focus of early 2015 for Heartbreak Remedy, but they have also found time to take to the stage across the UK alongside The Paul Raymond Project, Hardcore Superstar, The Quireboys, Sister, Stop Stop among others and will be followed by a number of headline and support gigs and lots of UK festivals throughout the year. In September 2014, the band travelled to Glasgow to take part in the final of Highway to Hell, finishing as National Runners-Up. 18 Months after the band started, receiving this accolade was a fantastic achievement. Heartbreak Remedy took to the stage at Hard Rock Hell United in March 2015 as a result of that success, and were then asked to play at the Hard Rock Hell Road Trip in Ibiza May 2015 on the back of that gig. Cumbrian Band ‘Heartbreak Remedy’ are currently rocking the UK. Merging a heady mix of contagious Rock ‘n’ Roll, with a whole lot of groove!!
