First Base

There are three bands going by the name first base.

1. First Base is a German group that perhaps could be the best kept secret in Euro-Energy/Hi-NRG Dance Music today. It was created in 1995. Band members were a female 25 years old vocalist Tina Safrany (known by the stage name of Victoria) currently living in a small German village : Sattledorf, a mother of 3 years old adorable boy, and rapper called MC Flash. Behind the group is band's fantastic producer, Mike Wonder AKA 'DJ Wondermike' who's credits include remixes for various artists including No Mercy.

2. First Base is also a Malaysian Hardcore band. FirstBase is a klang(MY) based band and is still new in the scene since we only started this year on January. Our line up consist of Daus on vocal, Kenet on bass, Chacha on guitar and Dean on drums. we have been playing in another band together but disbanded for another line up that has part ways with us. So to start things fresh again, FirstBase has been born. Every one in the band is currently playing in other bands also like xelevenx, xkids on the movex, kias fansuri, and helping out other bands too. FirstBase is a hc/punk band which tried to blend some new and old sounds of old school/hc such as New Winds, Champion, FC Five, Mainstrike, Verse and others. With a passion to spread our message and our love to the scene we've released a 4 song demo called 'Reach Out' in february 2007, our first attempt on making our first step in the scene.

3. First Base is a pop punk band from Melbourne, Australia. In a time where scenes are over run by people who take themselves too seriously and the pit is void of bouncers and bouncing, come 5 kids from Melbourne who are not ashamed to admit they never stopped listening to pop-punk.
Picking up the flag tragically dropped by such heroic and courageous Australian pop-punk soldiers as For Amusement Only, Best Kept Secret and Last Years Hero, they endeavour to reignite in our hearts those oft overlooked emotions found at the positive end of the spectrum and… a love of pop-punk.
Influenced by bands that actually have something to say, First Base are bringing back the heart and fun of the melodic and catchy songs from our youth that make your girlfriend jump around on her bed with her pom-poms.
