Stones Throw’s veteran DJ/producer has been credited as being one of the most eclectic DJ's in the world, spinning an incredibly wide array of styles and sounds like none other. A new member of the recently re-formed group Atari Teenage Riot, he also counts Kanye West, Girl Talk and Saul Williams among his biggest fans. “He is a character,” says former tour mate Trent Reznor. “He’s also one of those guys, when he’s around, things start to happen.”

DJ'ing since 1985, CX KiDTRONiK has been living and DJ'ing for over 13 years in New York City, and has DJ'd major festivals on almost every continent on the planet, including Lollapalooza, sometimes playing for over 18,000 people (opening for Rage Against The Machine in Paris) . Once a resident DJ at Brooklyn's famous Frank's Lounge, he has also played The Brooklyn Museum, Terminal 5, House Of Blues, APT, Bowery Ballroom, Santos Party House, and a now legendary Saturday Warm-Up set at PS-1 : continuing to rock the crowd of 4,000 after a pouring rain began during the song "Rocklobster" by The B-52's. He now holds down residencies at Union Pool, & Max Fish. His recording credits include producing records with Grammy Award winning artists Kanye West, John Legend, Trent Reznor, as well as Lords Of Acid, Lady Miss Kier of Dee-Lite, and the late Ramm:Ell:Zee.
